Plain and simple, we believe in merit over seniority. Whether you
just joined or have been a core for months, we build our raids off
of performance and attendance first. We have an incredibly strong
officer team here with many of us raiding US Top 5, who work hard
every night to keep raid moving and to make sure that we're going
into progression with the strongest possible raid. We strive to
create an environment where competition is king and each holds
their own, so we run a very trimmed roster and stay as close to 25
raiders as possible. Astromigos is also not a bunch of quiet nerds,
we have tons of fun in vent and we'll joke about everything. Most
people don't have the kind of fun during any raid that Astromigos
has every night. If you're self accountable, have thick skin, and a
motivation to be the best you can be before and during raid, then
we want you!
Astromigos started as a 10 man guild and in tier 15 decided to
expand to 25m. We believe 25 man rewards players with a much more
epic and enjoyable experience, despite the far higher management
demands. Even though we spent a large portion of t15 building a
full roster and building talent we ended the tier passed many
guilds who have been established for far longer. Going into the new
tiers we now have fresh start and plan to pass many more guilds. We
have an extraordinarily light raiding schedule and our goal is to
have the best progression among any other guild near our hours.
