We are actively looking for the following class/specs for our
raids. Casual to Semi hard core raiding.

**Good players are always considered**
We are currently looking for players that are reliable for our main
raid.
What should we expect from you?
- You should have experience in the current raid tier. Regular and
heroic experience is preferred.
- Be prepared at raid time. Don't join the raid and spend the next
10-30 minutes getting potions, flasks and food.
- Consumables. Flasks, food, and potions.
- Have the ability to read a forum. Strats for new bosses are
always posted along with discussion before and after the fact in
our raid forum.
- 550 ilvl or thereabouts. Experience beats gear... to a point.
There are so many ways to boost ilvl legitimately,
Ordos/celestials, crafted pants and belt. Gemmed and enchanted.
- Legendary meta gem and cloak. At this point the only folks
without are sub alts of alt character's alts... you get the
point.
- If you prefer a non competitive spec for your class be prepared
to provide a reason why you're raiding that way.
- Professionalism. Yes it's a game. But it's a group game. Don't
waste time during raids.
- Reliability. We need people that will show up consistently and be
fully engaged during raids.
Loot Distribution (current as of 7/22/14)
Free roll for 10 and 25 man.
* 1-100 for main spec
* 1-99 for offspec
* 1-50 transmog
