About TLC GAMING:
The Logical Collective, or TLC Gaming, ( www.tlcgaming.com ) is an
international legally registered electronic sports organization
based and orientated towards achieving excellence in the gaming
teams we have in our rooster. Currently our World of Warcraft
raiding team project has several objectives and step stones in
place to achieve nothing less but to master current and future
raiding content by achieving progress during our raiding bracket of
choice which is at the moment four (4) days of focused raiding with
heroic and mythic raids. Currently we aim to gather a group of
organized and focused minded individuals who want to be the best
and achieve ingame what they possibly can. Our project is (Guild)
is currently based on the Alliance side on the european server
Magtheridon-EU. Each one of our core members has had a
long-standing experience of clearing all PvE content within the
expansions released including old Vanilla content (MC, BWL, NAXX
and AQ40) and achieving ever-increasing progress rankings in the
process. We search on creating an atmosphere where having fun and
raiding professionally goes hand in hand. We believe that the key
to success lies in ensuring that our members enjoy their time spend
in game and progress the best way we can in the process.

Thursdays: 20:30-23:30
Friday: 20.30-00.30
Saturday: 20:30-00:30
Sunday: 20:30-00:30

Tuesdays: 20:30-00.30 (Progress raid if people want and(or) are
available to raid)
What you can expect from us:
- Professional senior management (30+
age) with solid background in electronic sports / gaming industry
with a extensive proven track of sponsorships and partnerships with
previous professional teams up to Dreamhack, Insomnia, EGL and so
many other events.
- Professional senior support and coordination to our current
gaming teams.
- A professional but relaxed raiding atmosphere in our World of
Warcraft raiding team where you will not burnout comprised of
skilled raiders who have been playing together for some time and
have been beating content for even longer since vanilla. Our main
aim will be to progress and making the best of our time while
raiding on our schedule and beat the current content always since
the first day of release on patches and expansions including
achievements.
- After we review your application to our World of Warcraft raiding
team by our website or ingame, we will be conducting a small
interview on our TLC Gaming Teamspeak in order to get to know the
person which is applying to us. After all we want the right person
which fits into the right raiding spot this means either in
performance but more importantly in mindset and personality.
What we expect from you:
Applying to TLC GAMING
- World of
Warcraft raiding team
means that you embrace and share our passion for progress raiding
on a very light-weight schedule. TLC GAMING raids are a total of 16
hours per week. If you have never before raided in such a light
schedule you can expect 5 things:
- You will have to improve your
gaming in order to keep up with our learning pace. We learn &
execute fights in mere hours, we intend to keep it that way so
quality over quantity is a thing
- Time is of the essence, we strive to squeeze every last second of
our raiding hours in combat so slow corpse runs & generic slack
tardiness are not a viable option for our raiders.
- There will be times, especially when progressing on more
difficult encounters, when we do not have time to clear all the
farm content before we go on to progress content. This means that
sometimes our gear might be lacking.
- There will be times, especially early during a new raiding
content, when 5/6/7 days guilds will be progressing faster than we
do. If you cannot understand that nearly every other competing
guild out there raids two or three times as much as we do and you
are not ok with that then we suggest you move on and not waste our
and your own time.
Potential applicants on our website can expect to be faced with
perhaps stricter selection criteria than most hardcore guilds would
have in place since we aim to get the right people to the right
spot. When you raid that little you just can not have people whose
situational awareness as staying in fire for 20 mins and expecting
to not do anything and be carried all the way to the top just for
the loot and(or) achievements.
Current Raiding Progress:
In 2 weeks of raiding we have cleared and now master the following
raiding paths of Warlords of Draenor Expansion.
HIGHMAUL Normal : 7/7 ( FARM ), alt runs in progress also.
HIGHMAUL Heroic : 7/7 ( FARM ).
