About Us: <Pie Chart>
Pie Chart is a very stable guild that has raided competitively
since the start of Wrath of the Lich King. Over the course of our
history, we have grown as a guild and now consistently compete in
the top 10 US while maintaining the raid hours advertised. With the
completion of Siege we are looking to fill in a few core slots of
our raid roster. These slots are for main raiding positions and we
are looking for quality players ready to step in on cutting edge
progression.

We raid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from
7:30 PM EST to 12:30 AM EST(These are our real raid hours,
seriously). During progression we raid 4 nights a week, which
generally gets trimmed down to 1 to 2 nights of raiding during farm
content. With an average 20 hour raid week, we emphasize quality
over quantity. We are interested in players that can manage their
time well and remain committed and consistent. Potential trials are
expected to behave as mature adults in regards to loot, drama,
preparedness, and general raid attitude.
About You: The Future Member (Hopefully!)
Our priorities, as a guild, are to succeed and have fun while doing
it. We enjoy raiding and feel that we have the most fun when we can
play well and reap the rewards of trying hard as a team. Patience,
a good sense of humor, and a competitive streak are all great
qualities to have. In short, you should be a pleasant person with a
motivated perspective.
A solid internet connection, a decent computer, and a working
microphone are expected, as we do need you online, able to play at
more than 8 fps and to communicate during raids. We also need you
to maintain a 90% attendance rate, as we run a tight core and
depend on every person to be reliable. We make an active effort to
make sure that all members get a significant amount of raid time,
so that we can rotate and stack as necessary but still keep things
fair and fun.
In general, we are interested in players who take an enthusiastic
approach to raiding, and really make an effort to improve their
performance and contribute to helping the raid strategize for
progression. Fight mechanics change and progression is entirely
dependent on how quickly a raid learns to deal with the challenges
in front of them. Being able to adapt quickly and maintaining high
situational awareness is essential.
