Focus @ US-Thunderlord

<Focus> is a semi-hardcore raiding guild on Thunderlord US that is consistently in the top 100 of US guilds. The guild consists of a core raid group, alternate raiders, alts, and friends.

What we're currently recruiting:
Recruitment is currently closed for Mythic raiding. Exceptional players are always welcomed regardless of class or recruitment needs.

Tuesday 7:00PM-11:00PM
Thursday 7:00PM-11:00PM
Sunday 6:00PM-11:00PM

Things we expect from you:
*Be punctual in showing up for raids.
*Come prepared with class-appropriate consumables.
*Able to take on criticism, as harsh as at may be at times.
*Know your class inside and out
*Know every boss encounter and every aspect of that encounter!
*Required Attendance: 95% - We understand that emergencies can occur and RL happens but if you cannot regularly make our raid nights please do not apply. Progression requires consistency; Missing a raid day every week or every other week is unacceptable.

What you can expect from us:

You can expect a guild that likes to have fun as much as possible, but knows when it's time to get serious.

How loot works:
Loot is determined by Loot Council. That is as fair as it gets. People who perform well get rewarded.
