About Us:
Duality has been competitively raiding at a high level since Mists of Pandaria. Our goal for Mists of Pandaria overall was to become one of the best raiding guilds out there. Not only did we improve with every tier, we also became a top world ranked guild.

In a very competitive raid tier we finished US 5th clearing Imperator Mar'gok in the same lockout as the US 1st raid guild.

We're looking forward to reaching new heights for Blackrock Foundry.

Our raid times are 7:30 PM EST to 12:30 PM EST.

What Duality offers:
Duality believes that our best days are ahead of us, rather than behind. Mists of Pandaria was our leadership core's first foray as a serious guild, and we plan on continuing to raid at a high level for many tiers to come. Duality is an extremely competitive guild, and aims each tier to reach a better ranking, without adding an extra day to progression. The guild also covers repair costs, and provides consumables for trials and raiders.

Our Expectations:
All members are expected to raid on a consistent basis. PTR and Beta testing are mandatory (as your schedule allows). Alts are welcomed, we tend to stack and min-max our lineup based on the encounter. Players are rotated; we try to keep favoritism somewhat low and offer everyone a shot. However, we won't trade raid strength for fair rotation on a difficult progression boss, stronger players will be preferred. We use loot council for loot distribution.

Recruitment:
A potential recruit has to be punctual and independent enough to have high raid attendance. This is especially important for progression raids. The recruit has to be competitive and always trying to improve his or her game. We are looking for players who want to deliver flawless performance and aren't content with being average. It's also a huge plus if the player isn't afraid to talk, can bring his or her own ideas into the fight and is able to grasp the whole picture.

It's always worth sending in an application, even if your class is not listed as needed. A good application may open up new possibilities.
